BOARD RULES

Every offence against the rules of the Forums (the now following general rules and of course the special rules for some boards) may lead to a warning. The operator of the forums has the right to ban accounts on the forums. The interpretation of the rules is up to the board team.
1. Accounts, Warnings and Bannings
1.1 Every User may register and use one account.. Multiple registrations and usage of several accounts may lead to a banning of all accounts.
1.2 After receiving the third warning an account may be banned up to 2 weeks, in extreme cases longer. The circumventing of the ban by registering a second account is not allowed. An account may get banned permanently if the user receives again several warnings after the account was unlocked.
1.3 In extreme cases it is possible a User gets banned without having several warnings.
2. Attitude on the forums
2.1 Posting contents and links of pornographic, politically extremistic , moralistic dangerously and offending applicable law nature are forbidden in the whole forum.
2.1.1 It is also not allowed to post keys, hacks, cracks or other things of illegal nature, including illegal download pages and "warez".
2.2 The Posting of real life adresses are forbidden in the whole forums.
2.3 Posting of contents which do not belong to the topic/ relevant forum (Spam/Offtopic) are undesired and may lead to a warning. An exception of this is the Spamboard. Board Staff may bump topics/post closed smileys only if it is in course of their job.
2.3.1 This includes postings which only point out breaches of the rules (Backseat Modding). This is up to the board team.
2.4 Signatures and Avatars may not be to large or have uncensored content. Staff has full rights to choice when a signature and/or Avatars does not follow this rule.
And one pic per signature.
2.4.1 Links in signatures are limited to a maximum of four unique pages or sites. You may not link to warez, porn, political, racist or other similar sites.
2.5 Flaming, Offences against other users or staff and inappropriate language are punishable on the whole forum.
2.6 The board team holds the right to censor threads. This will be marked in the relevant posting.
2.7 Reposting of a theme that was already closed is not allowed. If you wish to post in it, ask the moderator who closed it to reopen.
2.8 Advertisment is not allowed on the whole forums. Links to games with the aim to count every visitor are not allowed.
2.9 The Main Board language is English. Please stick to it. You only may post other languages in the boards made for this. If you need to post in a foreign language, we request translation in the post.
2.10 Spamming of emoticons and images is not allowed due to the fact that it may freeze peoples’ computers. Images or postings which are side exceeding (means one has to scroll vertically or/and horizontally to read all) are not allowed.
2.11 If you feel warned unfairly, PM the Mod who gave the warning. If this does not solve your problem you can PM the Board Admin and The Board Admins’ word is final.
2.12 Impersonation of a Staff member (Name, Avatar, Signature) may lead to a warning or in extreme cases to a ban.
2.13 Posthunting ( posting just to get a higher postcount) results in a warning or in extrem cases in a direct ban.
2.14 It´s not allowed to post for banned ppl. If you do so, it results in a warning for you. Only exception can be made for good-bye threads.
2.15 It is not allowed to post any PMs or discussions from private queries/channels of any sort nor private ICQ/AIM/MSN and all other messengers around. Only if both or all people say it is ok it might be posted.
3. Notes
The following themes are to be discussed with the Board Administration:
- Signature Bans
- Unban request (per ICQ; IRC or email)
- User title – Name changes
- Complains about Mods
The Staff reserves the right to change rules when they deem it necessary.
